This Privacy Policy explains how QFS XLM handles information shared by organizations, issuer teams, and institutional users who review our website, request issuer access, or discuss quantum-safe tokenized asset workflows on Stellar and Soroban.
We use information only to evaluate requests, communicate with organizations, support onboarding, improve platform materials, and protect the integrity of issuer workflows.
When you contact QFS XLM, we may receive organization names, work email addresses, Telegram or phone details, asset descriptions, jurisdiction information, issuer documentation, and communications related to Stellar asset issuance or Soroban contract controls.
We may also receive ordinary technical information from website use, such as browser type, device data, approximate region, visited pages, and basic security logs.
QFS XLM may use submitted information to respond to issuer inquiries, review organization fit, prepare onboarding steps, coordinate asset workflow discussions, maintain access records, improve site content, and protect platform operations.
We do not sell issuer inquiry information. We may share limited details with service providers or reviewers when needed to operate the website, communicate with your organization, or support a requested issuer review.

No website or communication channel can be guaranteed fully secure, so organizations should avoid sending private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or unnecessary confidential information through public forms.
